  • 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the steak over medium heat until browned, adding the onions and bell peppers until they are soft.
  3. Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the steak mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and pinch the ends to seal.
  8. Place on a baking sheet and brush the top with beaten egg.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
