- 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the steak over medium heat until browned, adding the onions and bell peppers until they are soft.
- Add garlic powder and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the steak mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the dough tightly and pinch the ends to seal.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
