Description

This delicious breakfast casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty morning meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 cups stale bread, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Add the cubed bread, crumbled bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
