This delicious breakfast casserole combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty morning meal.
Ingredients

- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 3 cups stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham for a few minutes until heated through.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Add the cubed bread, crumbled bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
