These crispy Parmesan artichoke hearts make for a deliciously easy appetizer that everyone will love!


Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Dip each artichoke heart into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
