- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Dip each artichoke heart into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated artichoke hearts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for a couple of minutes after baking.
- These artichoke hearts can be served with a dipping sauce like aioli or marinara.
