Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced steak and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
