- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced steak and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onions and garlic, cooking until the onions are translucent.
- Add the potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
