Ingredients

  • 12 manicotti shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to package directions; drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the filled shells in the dish, then top with the remaining alfredo sauce.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling.
