- 12 manicotti shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the manicotti shells according to package directions; drain.
- In a bowl, mix together the chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each manicotti shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the filled shells in the dish, then top with the remaining alfredo sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
