Indulge in the delicious combination of turkey bacon and chicken ham in this Swiss Mushroom Melt recipe.

- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms. Sauté until mushrooms are golden brown.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer chicken ham, sautéed mushrooms, cooked turkey bacon, and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread. Top with remaining slices, mustard side down.
- Grill the sandwiches in the skillet until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding some caramelized onions to the filling.
- To make this recipe vegetarian, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
