  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, turkey bacon, and parsley.
  5. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
