- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic, turkey bacon, and parsley.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and sprinkle with salt.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, use plant-based bacon or omit it.
