  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Form patties from the mixture and brown them in the bacon drippings.
  4. Remove patties and sauté onions in the same skillet until soft.

  6. Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the broth to thicken.
