- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form patties from the mixture and brown them in the bacon drippings.
- Remove patties and sauté onions in the same skillet until soft.
- Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the broth to thicken.
- Return the patties to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
