Ingredients

- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in shredded rotisserie chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add thyme, salt, and pepper; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and heat through before serving.
