Ingredients

- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and soy sauce; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

- For added flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
