Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add in the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
