- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs

- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, and vegetable oil.
- Add in the eggs, sugar, and brown sugar; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
