- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
- Arrange the pepperoni slices over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
