Ingredients

  • 6 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, add butter and onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Blend soup until smooth, if desired, then return to heat and add bacon and ham back in. Serve hot.
