- 6 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add butter and onion, sauté until translucent.
- Add diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Blend soup until smooth, if desired, then return to heat and add bacon and ham back in. Serve hot.

- For a lighter version, use low-fat cream or milk.
- Top with shredded cheese or green onions for extra flavor.
