Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a cupcake pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
  5. Fill the cookie cups with the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until just set. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolate flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
