- 1 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottoms of a cupcake pan.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies.
- Fill the cookie cups with the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until just set. Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For an extra chocolate flavor, drizzle melted chocolate on top before serving.
- These can be made a day in advance and kept in the fridge.
