- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the zucchinis and place them in a baking dish.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the baking dish.
- Add cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
