Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
