This Hot Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is the perfect winter treat that combines rich chocolate with refreshing peppermint flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Mix in the peppermint extract and half of the crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture into a lined square baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and remaining crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
