These Halloween Vampire Bite Cupcakes are a fun, delicious treat perfect for any spooky celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1 cup frosting of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Prepare a cupcake pan with liners and fill each about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
- Using a knife, cut a small hole in the top of each cupcake and fill with raspberry jam.
- Frost the cupcakes and let the jam peek out for a ‘bite’ effect.
Notes
- For extra spooky decoration, top with plastic vampire teeth.
- These cupcakes can also be decorated with red sprinkles to mimic blood.
