  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, cooking until soft.
  2. Add the ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bringing to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream, cooking until heated through.
  6. Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain.
  7. Serve beef mixture over egg noodles.
