  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, chili powder, and half the enchilada sauce.
  4. Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
