- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in garlic powder, chili powder, and half the enchilada sauce.
- Divide the beef mixture among the tortillas, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
