Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and ground turkey, cooking until the turkey is browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Season to taste and adjust ingredients based on personal preferences.
