Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season steak with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add to the skillet.
  4. Cook steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Slice steak into strips and return to the skillet.
  7. Add fettuccine and toss everything together.
  8. Stir in parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
