Ingredients

- 8 ounces fettuccine
- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season steak with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add to the skillet.
- Cook steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Slice steak into strips and return to the skillet.
- Add fettuccine and toss everything together.
- Stir in parsley and parmesan cheese before serving.
