  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, carrots, peas, onion, chicken broth, thyme, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
