- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and brown sugar until fully combined.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before serving.
