Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and brown sugar until fully combined.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.
