  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
