Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
