Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups spinach
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
