- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped chicken ham
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
