- 2 pounds chuck steak
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chuck steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then place it on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the beef broth over the steak and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the steak is tender.
