- 2 heads garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap the garlic heads in aluminum foil and roast for 30-35 minutes.
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add crushed tomatoes.
- Once garlic is roasted, squeeze the cloves into the pot.
- Add vegetable broth, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then blend until smooth.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
