- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces twisted pasta
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper, cooking until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer, then stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
- Simmer everything together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
