Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the cranberries gently.
  5. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and flour.
  6. Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  9. Cool before serving.
