Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the cranberries gently.
- In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and flour.
- Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream for added flavor.
- Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours for best results.
