Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, then add a spoonful of the pumpkin mixture.
- Top with more melted chocolate to cover the filling completely.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- For an extra touch, sprinkle sea salt on top before chilling.
