Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced potatoes, cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
