  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add cashews and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
