A delicious and hearty Cajun Potato Soup made with turkey bacon and chicken ham for a comforting meal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in diced potatoes and pour in chicken broth.
- Add Cajun seasoning, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mix in the chicken ham and heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- This soup pairs well with crusty bread.
