Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and pour in chicken broth.
  5. Add Cajun seasoning, bring to a boil, then simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Mix in the chicken ham and heavy cream, cooking until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
