Ingredients

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
