Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil, and egg until combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
