- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, oil, and egg until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Make sure the blueberries are rinsed and dried before folding them into the batter.
