- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
- Top with fresh blueberries evenly and then set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown. Let it cool before slicing into bars.
