Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir into the pasta mixture.
  6. Add shredded cheese and mix well. Serve warm or chilled.
