- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add chicken ham and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir into the pasta mixture.
- Add shredded cheese and mix well. Serve warm or chilled.
