Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with onion and garlic until browned.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, ketchup, and mustard.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Combine the noodles with the turkey mixture and half of the cheese in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with lettuce and pickles before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite burger spices to the turkey mixture.
- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
