Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with onion and garlic until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, crumbled turkey bacon, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Combine the noodles with the turkey mixture and half of the cheese in a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with lettuce and pickles before serving.
